Team Leader

We run the Team Leader operations out of Flat B-801 in the Classique Apartments. It’s located in Rail Vihar, Sector 57, right in the heart of Gurgaon. Supriya Kulkarni started things here, and it’s mostly just a small group of us working out of this residential space. It feels more like a home than an office, which suits us just fine. We have our desks set up and the internet stays mostly reliable, except when the Gurgaon storms hit. Working from an apartment means we don’t have to deal with the big corporate buildings downtown. We handle all our coordination and leadership work right from these rooms. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on managing teams and projects. We usually have the balcony door open for some fresh air while we take calls. It’s not a big corporate setup with a receptionist or anything. Just us, some laptops, and plenty of coffee. Being in Sector 57 is convenient because we are close to the main roads but away from the worst of the noise. We’ve set up the place to be functional for what we need every day. It’s a straightforward way to work, and we like the independence it gives us. People know us as the local team working from the Classique building. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks one by one. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area, but mostly we are just at our stations working through the morning.
