We are over at 37, Mohyal Colony in Sector 40, Gurgaon. Being near the MMI School is a good landmark for us. It’s a relatively quiet residential colony compared to the high-rise office parks you see in other parts of Gurgaon. Tcns Limited operates from this house, and it gives the whole place a very lived-in feel. The rooms are converted into offices, so you might see a desk where a dining table used to be. It works for us because it isn't so stiff or formal. We have a small garden area out front where we sometimes take a break to get some fresh air. The morning start is usually marked by the sound of kids going to the school nearby. After that, it settles down into a steady hum of office work. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have our calendars and to-do lists. Everyone knows what they are supposed to do, so there isn't much need for big meetings. We deal with the usual stuff like paperwork, phone calls, and managing the daily flow of things. It is a practical way to run a business. We like the neighborhood and the fact that we aren't stuck in a glass tower. It feels more real this way.
