Tagus Technology India Pvt Ltd is based out of Udyog Vihar Phase 4, specifically at number 218 in Gurgaon. It’s a busy part of town to be in, and the streets are usually packed with cars and bikes by nine in the morning. Our space is functional and designed for work, not for showing off. We have a lot of hardware and computers set up throughout the rooms. Some of the desks are a bit wobbly, but they hold the monitors just fine. We do technology work here, which involves a lot of troubleshooting and planning out how things should fit together. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few younger folks who are still learning the ropes. We don't go in for fancy meetings or long presentations. Usually, we just talk across the room or gather around a screen to figure things out. Being in Phase 4 means we are right in the middle of everything, which is helpful for logistics. The building itself is sturdy and keeps the noise out fairly well. We focus on getting the daily tasks done without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a setup, and that’s when we usually order in some food and just keep going until it's done. It’s not always easy, but it’s the work we chose, and we’re happy to be doing it here in Gurgaon year after year.
