We are located at K 14/20 in Qutab Enclave, which is part of DLF Phase 2 in Gurgaon. It is a bit of a mix between a residential and a commercial area, so it feels a little more relaxed than the big office parks nearby. Our building is a converted house, which gives it a bit of a different feel compared to a standard office. We have several rooms that we have turned into workspaces, and it can feel a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. There is a small patch of grass out front that usually looks a bit overgrown, but it is nice to have some green space. We have been here for a while, and we have gotten to know the other people working in the nearby buildings. The roads in DLF Phase 2 can get quite congested, especially during the rainy season when the water tends to pool in certain spots. We just take it in our stride. Inside, we keep things very casual. There is no dress code, and we don't have any of those big corporate slogans anywhere. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep ourselves going. It is a simple operation where everyone knows their role and just gets on with it. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to do our jobs properly. It is a steady place to work.
