Suraj Technology

We are located over in Sikanderpur 26, right inside the Rao Jagmat Singh Complex on MG Road. It is a busy spot and the traffic outside can be a real headache most days, especially during the monsoon when the puddles get quite deep. Inside Suraj Technology, we mostly try to ignore the noise from the main road. We have a small table fan that rattles on the wall. It doesn't do much for the heat, but the sound is sort of comforting after a while. We spend a lot of our time hunched over desks, sorting through bins of old connectors and various electronic parts. Sometimes a person walks in with a piece of gear that is older than I am, and we still try to see if we can get it running again. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a waiting lounge, just a jar of instant coffee and a kettle in the corner. The walls have a few old posters that have been there since the day we moved into the complex. It feels like home to us now, even if it is a bit cramped. We try to keep the workbench organized, but by noon, there are usually tools and wires everywhere. That is just how the work goes. We are just a small shop doing our thing and helping out the people who find their way to us. It gets dark early in the winter, and the streetlights outside the complex flicker on. We usually stay until the last job is done for the day.
