Our office is at 76-D in Phase 4 of Udyog Vihar. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a bit of a buzz and noise around the place. Stringmatrix Technologies Private Limited is just a small company trying to make its mark in a crowded market. We spend most of our time at our desks, working through code or talking to clients on the phone. It’s not a very fancy setup—we have what we need to get the job done and not much else in terms of luxury. Udyog Vihar is a place where people come to work hard, and we fit right in with that attitude. We don't really do big presentations or have a glossy brochure to show off. If you come by the office, you’ll just see us in our everyday clothes, probably looking a bit tired but still focused on the screen. We’ve had some ups and downs since we started, but we are still here and keeping at it. The team is pretty tight-knit. We eat lunch together most days and talk about things other than work, which helps us stay sane. We don't promise anything we can't actually do. We just look at the requirements and see if we can help out. If we can, we do it. If we can't, we say so right away. It’s just easier that way for everyone. Gurgaon is a fast-moving place, but we try to take things one day at a time.
