Straightout Technologies Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in Flat B-201 at Orlov Court-Vi, which is part of the Essel Tower complex on M.G. Road. If you know this part of town, you know it’s always moving. We’ve got a view of the busy street, but inside the flat, it’s actually pretty calm. We decided to set up Straightout Technologies here because it’s central and easy for everyone to get to. It feels more like a home than a sterile office, which I think helps us stay focused without feeling stiff. There’s a kitchen where we make way too much coffee and a living area that’s basically full of monitors and tangled cables. We spend our hours writing code and figuring out tech problems. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Living and working on M.G. Road means there is always somewhere to grab a quick bite during lunch, though we usually just end up ordering something to the desk. We aren't trying to be the next huge conglomerate; we just like what we do. The elevator in the building is sometimes slow, so a few of us take the stairs for the exercise. It’s a normal place with normal people doing technical work. We don't have any mahogany desks or receptionists in suits. Just us, our computers, and the daily sounds of the city coming through the windows.
