S.T.L Globale Pvt.Ltd is based out of Baba Surdas Colony. It’s a local neighborhood and doesn’t have the flashy look of a big city business district. The office is quite basic, with just the essential furniture and some supplies stacked in the corners. We don't have a very complex address, just the colony name is usually enough for people around here to find us. The atmosphere in Baba Surdas Colony is generally calm, though you get the usual sounds of children playing or people moving about. Our team is small, and we mostly know each other quite well. We don't spend money on fancy things for the office; we just make sure we have what we need to get through the daily tasks. The floors are made of simple tile and we have to mop them often because of the dust that blows in from the road. Sometimes the water supply is a bit irregular, so we keep a tank filled up. It is the kind of place where everyone pitches in to keep things running. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up from our desk to see what they need. It’s an honest way to work and we have been doing it this way for quite some time now.
