Sss Designtek is located over at 217/23 on Street Number 4 in Hira Nagar, Gurgaon. It is a quiet enough street, which is good when you need to focus on technical design stuff. We aren't a huge operation with a hundred employees; we are just a small team working out of this office. The space is filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—workstations, stacks of blueprints, and a few chairs for when people come by to discuss a project. We spend our hours going through the details of various designs, making sure the technical specs are right. Hira Nagar is a decent area to work in because it’s not as chaotic as some other parts of Gurgaon, but it’s still close enough to where the action is. We try to keep things humble and just focus on the drawings we have in front of us. There is no fancy marketing department here, just people who understand the technical side of design. We like the fact that we can just walk down the street for a snack and then get back to the grind. It’s a very local feel, and we prefer it that way. Every day is a bit different, but it always involves a lot of concentration and a lot of time spent in front of the monitors. We’ve been here for a while and plan to keep doing things this way because it works for us.
