S.S. Enterprises

Our shop S.S. Enterprises is at No. 955/29 in Krishna Colony, Sec-7. It is a bit tucked away in the neighborhood but we like it that way. We started this a few years back because we wanted to do something of our own. Mostly we deal with various supplies that people in the area need for their homes or projects. It is just a few of us working here. The space is not very large, so we have to stack things up to the ceiling sometimes to make room for new stock. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people or checking the inventory lists. Some days are really busy and we barely have time for a cup of tea, while other days are slow and we just sit and talk about the local news. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound that we should probably fix, but we have gotten used to it now. We do not do much advertising or anything like that, mostly just people who know us or live nearby come in. It is a straightforward business without any complicated corporate stuff. We handle all the lifting and moving ourselves. My brother usually handles the morning shift and I come in later to stay until we close up for the night. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lane outside and we have to help the driver navigate out. It is just everyday life for us at the shop.
