We are over at Plot No- 1324 in Farrukh Nagar. If you know Sector 46, we're right near Bakhtawar Chowk. It gets pretty busy around here with the hospital traffic nearby, Medanta is just a stone's throw away. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, mostly dealing with building projects and site work. It's not a fancy office, just a place where we keep our files and meet people to discuss their housing needs. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, but other days everyone is running around trying to get permits sorted out. We handle the local construction stuff, seeing things through from the ground up. The dust from the road sometimes comes inside when the door is open too long. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or are passing by the hospital. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the plots we have and make sure the brickwork is straight. It’s hard work, especially when the weather isn’t helping, but it’s what we do. If you walk past the chowk, you’ll probably see our sign. We keep things simple here at Ss Developer. It's about getting the walls up and making sure the roof doesn't leak later on. Just local folks doing local work. We have a few desks and some old maps of the area on the wall to help us explain things to visitors.
