Spice Tree is located at No-1, right near the Sai Baba Mandir in DLF Phase-3. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We deal with spices, which is obvious from the name, but we try to keep things simple. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack the bags and jars. Being near the temple means there’s always people walking by, which is nice. We get a lot of locals who just pop in for a small packet of something they ran out of while cooking dinner. We don’t have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just us here, weighing things out and talking to the customers. Sometimes the smell of the spices gets really strong, especially when we’ve just opened a new shipment of chili or cumin, but you get used to it. We’ve been in Phase-3 for a while and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we’re still here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide decent spices for the neighborhood. It’s a lot of work keeping everything fresh and organized in such a small space. We don’t use any fancy sales talk. If you need spice, you come in, you get it, and you go home. That’s how we like to run things. It’s honest and it works for us and our regulars who stop by every week.
