Solicon It Servicesprivate Limited is currently operating out of Shop No. 1F-12 in the Ozone Centre, which is located in Sector-12 of Faridabad. Having our office in a shopping centre like Ozone is a bit different than being in a traditional office block, but it works for us. It’s a compact space, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need to run our IT services. There’s enough room for our computers and a small area to sit and talk. We spend most of our time dealing with technical support and service management. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and sitting in front of monitors for hours. The good thing about Sector-12 is that there’s always something going on around us. We often grab lunch from one of the nearby shops or just take a quick walk around the centre when we need a break from the screens. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s a small team and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s fixing a server or just tidying up the shop. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know who we are. It’s a simple, functional way to run a business. We just keep things moving and try to do a good job with the projects we take on without making things too complicated.
