Soft Options (Ashok Vihar)

Our setup for Soft Options is actually inside a house, number 650 in Sector 14 of Gurgaon. It is not one of those big glass buildings you see over in Cyber City. We prefer it this way because it feels more like a real place and less like a machine. Sector 14 is one of the older, more established parts of Gurgaon, so there are actual trees and the roads aren't quite as confusing as the newer parts. We have been working out of this house for a while. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it is just a delivery for the neighbors, but that is part of the charm of being in a residential area. Inside, it is mostly just us at our desks. We try to keep things organized, but there are always stacks of papers that seem to grow on their own. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just answer the phones, help out whoever is calling, and try to finish our work on time. The traffic in Gurgaon can be a nightmare, so we usually try to get here early or stay a bit late to avoid the worst of it. It is a quiet way to run a business, and it suits the way we like to work without too much noise or fuss. We are just people doing our jobs in a comfortable, local environment.
