Soft Comp

Soft Comp is tucked away in Sector-55, Urban Estate. If you know Plot No-123, then you know exactly where we are. It’s a bit quieter than the main roads in Gurgaon, which we actually like. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now. It’s mostly computers and various parts lying around on the shelves. People from the nearby houses come in when they have issues with their machines or need something looked at. We aren't trying to be some high-tech office with glass walls. It's just a room with some sturdy desks and plenty of cables running everywhere. We spend most of our time looking at screens or trying to fix hardware problems. Sometimes we stay late when a particular job is tricky and needs more time. It’s just the way things go when you deal with electronics all day. We know most of the people who live in Urban Estate by their names. They drop by and leave their laptops with us for a few days. We tell them we’ll give them a call whenever it’s fixed. No fancy systems are used here, just a simple notebook where we write down who brought what. The sun hits the front window in the afternoon, so it can get a bit warm inside. We usually have the fan going full blast to keep cool. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have a big sign outside.
