Smart Mobile

Smart Mobile is located at Palam Gurgaon Road, number 101. We aren't a huge store, but we have enough space to do what we need to do. Every morning we roll up the shutter and start getting the phones and accessories ready for the day. Being on Palam Gurgaon Road means there is a lot of noise and movement outside all the time. Our shop at 101 is a handy stop for anyone who needs a quick fix for their mobile or a new cover. We keep the place pretty simple. There’s a main counter where we do most of our work and some glass cabinets to show what we have in stock. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the repairs and the sales. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the cleaning, so there might be some fingerprints on the glass, but we try our best. The local people are our main customers, and we’ve gotten to know their names and what they usually need. It’s a straightforward business without any bells and whistles. We just focus on the phones and making sure we can help whoever walks through the door. It’s a busy life on the road, but we enjoy the interaction with everyone who stops by.
