Sharde Glass Industries Private Limited

Sharde Glass Industries is up on the second floor of SCO 61 in Sector 12A. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot once you’re there. We deal with industrial glass mostly. The office isn't very large. It’s filled with stacks of paperwork and small glass samples on every shelf. We spend our days looking at technical specs and talking to the factory. It’s a lot of numbers and measurements. If you get it wrong by even a tiny bit, the whole piece is useless. That makes the job a bit stressful sometimes. We have a small team of four people in the office. We've all worked together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to know what needs doing. The coffee machine is always running. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. Just some calendars and maybe a photo from a holiday. We are just regular people trying to do a good job with the glass. Sometimes the supply is late or the trucks get stuck in traffic, and we have to explain that to the customers. We don't use corporate talk to cover it up; we just tell them the truth. It's a busy life in a busy building, but we’ve got a good routine going. We just take it day by day.
