Sergius Technology Private Limited is located in Flat 104, within Tower 15 at Chd Avenue 71. It’s over in Sector 71 in Gurgaon. Working from a tower like this is quite convenient, and it’s a bit more peaceful than being right on a main road. We are a technology company, so most of our hours are spent dealing with software and digital systems. It isn't a huge team here, just a small group of people who actually know how to fix things. We don't have a formal dress code or a big board of directors. It’s just us. We set up our desks in the flat and turned it into a proper workspace. Sometimes it gets a little crowded when we have a lot of gear around, but we make it work. Gurgaon is such a fast-paced place that it’s nice to have this little corner to focus. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people find out about us from someone else. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. Some days the work is easy and some days we’re stuck on a problem until late at night. That’s just how it goes in this industry. We don't have a big mission statement. We just show up and do the work that needs doing.
