Secure India Infinity Solutions

We are located in the main market of Section 15, Part 1, very close to the Reliance Store. It is a very busy area, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our door. Secure India Infinity Solutions is the name on our sign, but we are just a small team of three people. We mainly help shop owners and families nearby with their locks, cameras, and general security setups. I moved into this shop about five years ago after working for a larger electronics firm. I wanted to do something on my own where I could just talk to the customers directly. We don't have a big showroom. Most of our gear is kept in the back, and we usually show people how things work right there on the counter. It isn't a polished corporate environment. There are usually tools lying around and boxes waiting to be opened. We spend a lot of our time out at people’s houses or shops, so the storefront is often quiet during the day. We don't have any sales pitches or complex contracts. If someone has a broken gate or wants a camera over their door, we just go and fix it. It is a simple business, but it keeps the lights on. Being in the main market means we see everyone, which is the best part of the job.
