We operate out of room 1402 in Tower No.-7 of Orchid Petals. It is a bit unusual being in a residential tower, but it works for us. It is quiet up here on the fourteenth floor, far away from the street noise. We have a few rooms set up with desks and plenty of power strips. It feels more like a home than an office, which is probably because it actually is a flat. We kept the kitchen area for making coffee and snacks during long nights. Most of the time, it is just the sound of clicking keyboards and the hum of the server we keep in the spare room. We do tech work, mostly software and data stuff. We do not have a reception desk or a sign in the lobby. You just come up the elevator and knock on the door. It is a small operation. We do not wear suits or anything formal. Most of us are in jeans and t-shirts. We like the view from the window, especially when it rains. It gives us a bit of a break from looking at code all day. It is a simple way to run a business without the overhead of a big commercial building. We focus on our tasks and try to keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about things. It is just a group of people trying to solve problems and get the work finished.
