Secastra Software Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in Wellington Estate, over in DLF-5. It’s a nice area of Gurgaon, very different from the more crowded parts. Being in W 1B 034, we’ve got a decent view and the security here is quite strict. Secastra Software is a small setup. We mostly do software development and some troubleshooting. We aren't one of those massive firms with hundreds of developers. It's just a handful of us who know each other well. The office is cozy, maybe a bit too cozy when we have a lot of hardware lying around. We spend a lot of time debugging code and drinking way too much soda. The local market nearby is where we usually end up for snacks. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have worked with us before. It’s a quiet environment, which helps when you’re staring at a screen for eight hours. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, but that's a small price to pay for a decent workspace. We try to be direct with people. If something is going to take a week, we say a week. We don't like overpromising and then failing to deliver. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. The desks are always a bit of a mess with notebooks and chargers everywhere.
