Seahawk Web Services is over in Palam Vihar Extension, specifically at F-2455 in Block F. It’s a bit away from the main hub of Gurgaon, which is a choice we made. Palam Vihar has its own unique energy. Days are spent working on web services, which usually means many hours looking at code and testing various links. The office is a simple setup within the block. High-rise buildings aren't for us; we prefer this local spot. A small crew works here, and everyone pitches in with whatever needs doing. Sometimes the internet is slow or the weather makes things difficult, but the work continues. No corporate handbook tells us how to act. Treating people fairly and doing the job is the main thing. Fancy art doesn't hang on the walls, and there certainly isn't a gym in the basement. It’s just a place where work happens. Gurgaon-122017 is where we’ve set up shop and the neighborhood has grown on us quite a bit. A good mix of houses and small businesses surrounds us. Being the biggest company in the world isn't the aim. Doing good work from our little corner of Block F is enough. It’s a quiet life, but it’s ours. Plenty of tea is consumed while staying focused on the tasks each morning. This beats being stuck in a cold, grey corporate office downtown any day. We are happy with how things are.
