Scintilla Innovations Private Limited

We’re located over in Sector 43 at A-49. It’s a pretty standard spot in a residential-looking block. Scintilla Innovations has been here for a couple of years. We aren't a big company with a flashy sign outside. In fact, if you aren't looking for the house number, you might walk right past it. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on innovation projects and trying to figure things out. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The neighborhood is fairly calm compared to some of the busier sectors, which is nice when you need to think. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own tea and coffee. There’s always someone complaining about the milk being finished. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule. Some of us come in early, some stay late. It’s about getting the tasks done rather than watching the clock. We deal with various local clients and some from further away. It’s a lot of trial and error here. Sometimes an idea works, sometimes it doesn't, and we have to start over. That’s just the nature of what we do. We don't pretend to have all the answers right away. We just put in the hours and try to be helpful. It's a simple life at the office. We usually leave the windows open when the weather is actually nice.
