Started this business a while ago, mostly just focusing on the day-to-day work here at C-1244 in Ansal Sushant City. It’s not a huge setup, but we keep busy with the fabrics. Usually, the mornings are the most hectic part of the day when the stock comes in or we have to check on the weaving quality. My name is on the paperwork for Sathari Texofab Private Limited, but it’s really just a few of us making sure things don't fall behind. Sometimes the power goes out or the weather makes the transport slow, which is just how it is living here. We don't have a big fancy office, just the house address where we manage the orders and keep the records. Dealing with textiles can be a bit of a headache with all the different threads and colors, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. People around here know where we are if they need to drop off something or talk about a batch of cloth. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood except when the trucks come by to load up. I spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking over the latest rolls of fabric that come through. It’s practical work. Nothing too exciting happens most days, just keeping the machines going and making sure the counts are right before we send anything out. We just try to stay steady and handle the work as it comes in, one day at a time.
