If you drive down the Delhi-Jaipur Highway, you’ll find us near the Darbaripur Hasan Pur Road intersection. It is a noisy spot because of all the heavy trucks going towards Jaipur. We run a machine shop here. It’s the kind of place where your hands are always covered in some kind of grease or metal shavings. We have several old machines that we use for cutting and shaping parts. It’s mostly custom work for people who need something fixed on their tractors or small factory machines. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. It's a workshop, plain and simple. The floor is concrete and usually has some oil spots on it. We spend a lot of time measuring things twice to make sure they fit right. Some days it gets really hot under the tin roof, but we just keep the fans going. We have been in this location for a good bit now. Being right off the highway is convenient for some, but it's also a bit dusty. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. People just show up with a broken part and ask if we can make a new one. We take a look, tell them how long it will take, and get to work. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We appreciate the craft and the time it takes to do things by hand.
