Our workshop is tucked away on Darbaripur Hasanpur Road, right behind the Haldiram Food Complex on the Delhi Jaipur Highway. It’s a handy location because we can see the big highway from our gate, but it also means we get a lot of noise from the passing trucks. At M&M Machine Craft Pvt.Ltd., we focus on machining parts and getting hands-on with metal. It’s a gritty job and we often end the day covered in grease and metal shavings. We have a few different lathes and milling machines that take up most of our floor space. The office is just a small corner partitioned off so we can do the billing and talk to clients. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and diagrams. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of working in this area. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a bunch of guys who are good with their hands and like making things from scratch. If you’re driving down the highway, you might miss us if you aren’t looking for the turn behind the food complex. We’ve been at this for years and we just take each job as it comes. Usually, we wrap up around sunset and lock the gate for the night.
