Sapwings Global Solutions Private Limited is right in the middle of things at DLF Cyber City. We’re on the ground floor of Tower B, Building No 5. Being in Phase 3 means there is always something happening outside the door. Cyber City is a huge place, so it took us a bit to get settled in. We do global solutions work, which involves a lot of calls and emails to people all over. Our office is easy to find since we’re on the ground floor. It’s not a massive space, but it fits what we need. We have a few desks and a small area where we eat lunch together. The air conditioning is always running because Gurgaon gets so hot in the summer. We don't have a big sign outside. Usually, it’s just the sound of typing and people talking on headsets. It gets a bit hectic during the middle of the day when everyone is out for lunch in the complex. We try to stay focused on our tasks. It’s a lot of data and coordination. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have a moment of panic, but we get it sorted eventually. We like the energy of DLF Cyber City even if it’s a bit much on some days. We just show up, do our jobs, and head home like everyone else. It’s a good place for a tech business to be because everything is right here. We often stay late and watch the buildings empty out.
