You can find Sapience Infotech Private Limited on the second floor of Minarch Tower. That’s Plot No. 4 in Sector-44. This is a pretty standard office building setup in Gurgaon. We’ve got our desks and computers set up where we spend most of our time. Sector-44 is a good spot and fairly central for our team. Infotech work takes up most of our day, which basically means staring at screens. The office has big windows but we usually keep the blinds shut to stop the glare. Our group just tries to handle the workload as it comes. There isn't a fancy coffee machine here, just the basic stuff to keep us going through the afternoon. Some days are quieter than others. Projects for different clients keep us busy with all the technical details. The 122003 area is always moving. In the corner, there are a few plants that we sometimes forget to water, but they’re still hanging in there. This is a practical workspace above all else. Impressions don't matter much to us, so we don't have a big lobby. Taking the stairs is often faster than waiting for the slow elevator. It’s just a normal workplace with regular people doing tech stuff. Simple is usually better, so we try not to overcomplicate things. Parking can be a total nightmare if you arrive late, but that is just life in this part of town. We just deal with it and get on with our jobs.
