Sajan India Software is located over in Udyog Vihar Phase 1, at number 88. It’s a busy industrial and commercial area, so there’s always a lot of movement around the office. We spend most of our time in front of screens, working on different software projects. It’s the kind of place where you’ll see people with headphones on, deep in code, and plenty of half-empty coffee mugs sitting around. We aren't one of those massive tech giants with bean bags and slide sets in the lobby. Our office is pretty basic and focused on getting the work done. We’ve been in Udyog Vihar for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces who bring in different ideas. We handle a lot of technical problems that would probably bore most people, but we find it interesting. There’s a lot of back-and-forth communication, trying to figure out why a certain feature isn't working or how to make something run a bit faster. It’s not always smooth sailing; some days are long and we stay late to finish a project before a deadline. But that’s just how the software business goes. We just keep our heads down and keep building things from our spot in Phase 1. It is a noisy area with the traffic outside, but we get used to it.
