Our office is tucked away in Nai Basti, which is an old part of Gurugram. We have got the address at H.No. 436/17, and it is a typical local spot. Sagah Elevators (Opc) Private Limited is just a small operation really. We spend most of our time dealing with lift repairs and putting together the parts needed for elevator maintenance. It is not the kind of place where you will find people in ties. Usually, we are just in our regular clothes, dealing with the daily tasks that come up. The neighborhood around Nai Basti is always full of life, and it can be a bit cramped when we are trying to move equipment around. We have been based here in Haryana for a while and we know the local streets well. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on various project sites. It gets quite busy, especially when a few things need fixing at the same time. We keep things pretty simple here. There are not any fancy boardrooms or anything like that. Just some desks, a lot of files, and the tools we need to get through the day. Sometimes we grab some tea from the shop down the road and just talk about the work. It is a straightforward life, and we just focus on doing what needs to be done with the elevators. Being an OPC means it is a tight-knit setup, which works for us.
