We operate out of Flat No.16 in the Deepmala Apartment, which is located in Sec-10 A. It might seem a bit unusual to have a crane company based in an apartment complex, but it works for us at R. K. Cranes Pvt. Ltd. Most of our actual work happens out on site anyway, so this spot is where we handle the books and the phone calls. It’s a quiet enough area most days. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff about us. It is just a few of us making sure the equipment is where it needs to be and that the operators know what they are doing. Working with cranes is a serious business, but we try not to take ourselves too seriously in the office. There’s usually a lot of paper on the desks and the smell of tea in the air. We keep it simple. If someone needs a crane, they call us up and we figure out the logistics from our little corner in Sec-10 A. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra overhead that usually comes with a bigger firm. We just prefer doing it this way. It feels more personal and we can actually get things done without waiting for approvals from ten different people. Just a simple setup that works.
