This branch of Ripe Comtech Pvt Ltd is located in V. & P. O. Teekli, which is in the Gurgaon district of Haryana. It is quite a different setting from the big skyscrapers you see in the main part of Gurgaon. Teekli is more like a village that is slowly seeing more business come in. Nishi Yadav and the rest of the team work out of this location. The office is part of a local building and it feels very much integrated into the village life. You might hear cows or tractors outside while we are trying to have a meeting. It is a very grounded place to work. We don't have a cafeteria, so most of us bring lunch from home and eat together at one of the larger tables. The air is a bit cleaner out here than in the city center, which is a nice change. We have the basic tech setup we need to stay connected and get our work done, but we don't bother with expensive furniture or modern design. It is about being practical and using the space we have. Sometimes the internet connection can be a bit slow, but we manage to get through the day. It is a quiet existence compared to the hustle of the city, and we prefer it that way because we can actually focus on our tasks without too many distractions.
