Retton Infosystems (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Sushant Lok-I in Gurgaon. Our space is at B 583, which is a fairly easy area to find if you are familiar with this part of town. Since we are an OPC, the setup is pretty small and personal. It is basically just a few of us in a quiet room with our laptops and a lot of tangled wires. Gurgaon can be a really loud and busy place with all the construction and cars, but being tucked away in Sushant Lok makes it a bit more manageable for us. We do not have a big reception desk or a shiny lobby. It is more of a walk-in-and-start-working kind of environment. The walls are mostly bare, and we usually have the radio playing softly in the background to drown out the street noise. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long afternoons. Most days involve staring at screens and answering calls that come through at all hours. We do not try to act like we are some massive corporation because we are not. We are just a small team trying to keep our heads down and do right by the people we work with. The neighborhood is mostly houses and other small offices, so it feels like a real community. Sometimes we take a walk down the lane just to get some air before finishing up for the day.
