You can find us at Shop No 10 and 11, inside the Kaushik Communication building. We are right opposite the Rotary Public School on Palam Vihar Road in Sector 22, Gurgaon. It’s a busy little stretch of road. When school lets out, the whole area gets flooded with kids and cars, so things get pretty loud for an hour or so. The shop is filled with all kinds of computer parts and communication tools. We do a lot of different things here, from fixing basic tech issues to more complex stuff. Having the two shops joined together gives us a bit more room to move around, but it’s still pretty packed with equipment. There’s always someone coming in asking about a cable or a repair. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. It’s more of a neighborhood shop where you can talk to the person actually doing the work. We keep a lot of spare parts in the back. The shelves are a bit disorganized, but we know where the important stuff is kept. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving boxes and setting up systems. We just try to keep things running for whoever walks through the door. It’s a long day usually, but that's just the business. We keep some cold water in the fridge for anyone who needs it.
