You’ll find Ravika Techno (Opc) Private Limited at Villa No 18 in The Legend, which is in Sector-57 of Gurugram. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in a villa rather than a standard office block. We like it this way because it’s much more relaxed and doesn't feel like a typical workplace. We’ve been in the 122002 area for some time, and it’s a nice part of Gurgaon to be in. The office is basically a converted space within the villa where we keep all our tech equipment and desks. It can get a little disorganized when we’re in the middle of a big project, with papers and parts everywhere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished corporate image. We are just a small operation doing our best with the technical skills we have. Most of the time, it’s just one or two of us here making sure things are running correctly. The environment is quiet, which helps us focus on the complicated stuff we have to deal with. We don't use any fancy mission statements or corporate buzzwords. We just wake up, come to the villa, and get to work. It’s a simple arrangement that has served us well so far. We enjoy the pace of life here in Sector-57 and plan to stay for a good while. We mostly stay busy with the technical side of things and don't worry too much about the rest. It is a good way to run a small company without all the stress of a big city office.
