Rao Computers

Our place is at Plot 406 in Sector 37, specifically in Pace City 2. It's a bit of an industrial layout here, so it's mostly businesses and workshops around us. We have been here at Rao Computers for a good bit of time now. Mostly, we handle the kind of tech problems that local businesses and people nearby run into. It could be a server that’s acting up or just someone’s personal laptop that won’t turn on in the morning. We have a lot of workbenches set up where we keep various tools and diagnostic equipment. It’s not a very quiet place because there is always the sound of fans running or someone testing a power supply. We keep a stock of basic components like RAM sticks and power cables because those are the things people need most often. Sometimes the traffic in Pace City 2 can get a bit much, especially during the shift changes, but once you find Plot 406, we are right there. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People mostly find us because they work nearby or someone told them we fixed their computer last month. We try to keep things simple and just explain what is wrong without using too many technical words that don’t make sense to anyone. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error sometimes, but we usually figure out what is causing the glitch and get it sorted for the customer.
