This shop is located at 135/1 in Bhimgarhkheri, which is a part of Gurgaon that feels a bit more like a village than the city center. We deal with computers all day long. People bring in their laptops when they won't turn on or when the screen is cracked. It is a bit of a mess sometimes with parts and cables everywhere. We have been here in Bhimgarhkheri for quite a while, so most of the locals know where to find us. It’s not a shiny showroom. It is just a workspace where things get fixed. We sell some parts too, like keyboards or mice. The street outside can get dusty and there is always something going on nearby. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. People just hear about us from their neighbors. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking, and other days everyone’s computer seems to break at the same time. We try to get things done as fast as we can because we know people need their machines for work or school. The light in the shop isn't the best, but we have some good lamps for when we are looking at the small bits inside a motherboard. It is a straightforward business. We just like fixing things and helping people out with their tech problems without making a big deal about it. Most folks just walk in and tell us what is wrong.
