Radhesoft Technologies Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in the Shree Ganesh EWS housing society in Sector 31. It’s actually room 102, and we are right near Ajanta Public School. Because of the school, the mornings are always loud with buses and parents dropping off their kids. It’s a different vibe than the big glass buildings in other parts of Gurgaon. We like being in a residential area because it feels more like a neighborhood. Radhesoft Technologies started out here, and we just stayed. The office itself is small. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we set up our systems. There is usually a bit of a mess on the main table with wires and chargers everywhere. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we mostly bring food from home or walk out to the local market for some chai. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but we have a backup that keeps things running so we don't lose our work. The walls are a bit plain, and we haven't bothered putting up many pictures or anything. It’s just a functional space where we handle our tech work. It gets busy during the day, but by the evening, the society settles down and it’s actually quite peaceful. People walk their dogs outside, and we wrap up our stuff for the day. It’s a humble spot, but it suits us just fine.
