We are located at C1-2803 in Sushant Lok-1, Gurgaon. Our office is on the first floor. Sushant Lok is a pretty busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. The space we have isn't very large, but it fits our team just fine. We have desks set up in a way that everyone can talk to each other without having to get up. It gets pretty hot in Gurgaon during the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the air conditioning is actually working. We do consulting work here, which involves a lot of phone calls and spreadsheets. It’s not the most exciting thing to look at, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We have a small area for files and a printer that occasionally jams, which is always a bit of a struggle. Most of us have been working here for a few years now, so we have a routine down. We usually grab some tea from the shop down the street around mid-afternoon. There is no corporate dining hall here, just us and whatever we brought for lunch. It is a straightforward place where we try to stay organized and get our tasks finished on time. We don't have any big meetings about goals; we just look at what needs to be done today and do it. It’s a practical way to run things without any extra noise.
