Prospecta Soft Pty Ltd

Our place is at House Number 597, Sector 21, in Shanti Nagar. Prospecta Soft Pty Ltd has been based here in Gurgaon, Haryana, for a while. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty calm compared to the main city roads. We have set up our office inside the house. It works for us because we don't need much more than a desk and a good connection. There are about four or five of us usually working at the same time. We focus on software tasks and whatever technical work comes our way. Gurgaon has changed a lot, but this part of Shanti Nagar still feels like a neighborhood. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. It's just a group of people doing their jobs. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and we can hear them while we work. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big ads. Most of our energy goes into the actual work we do for our clients. It is practical and simple. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. No one here is trying to climb a corporate ladder. We just want to finish the day's work and go home to our families. That’s how we’ve always run things here. We don't see any reason to change it now. It’s a humble setup, but it gets the job done and we are okay with that.
