Progtech Soft Services Private Limited

We’re located in Express Greens, specifically Block A, Door No-114. This is over in M1, Sector 1, Manesar. It’s a residential-commercial mix kind of area. Being at Progtech Soft Services Private Limited means we spend a lot of our time looking at screens and talking through projects. The office isn't huge. It’s basically just enough space for our desks and a small corner for making tea. We like it because it’s not too hectic. In the mornings, the air in Manesar feels a bit different than the main city. We usually get in, unlock the door, and start by checking what needs to be sorted for the day. There isn't any big hierarchy here. We all just pitch in and do what’s necessary. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're deep into something. The Express Greens complex is pretty easy to find once you’re in Sector 1. We’ve had a few people get lost looking for Block A, but once they find us, they realize it’s a pretty straightforward setup. We don't go in for those big motivational posters or shiny reception desks. We’d rather just have good chairs and working air conditioning. It gets very hot here in the summer months, so that’s a priority. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps everyone on the same page without any unnecessary stress. Just a local team.
