You can find us over in Sector 23 of Gurgaon, working out of House No.-369. It’s a regular house in a residential neighborhood, which makes for a pretty unique work environment compared to the big glass buildings you see in Cyber City. We’ve set up our software lab in the different rooms, with desks squeezed in where they fit. It feels more like a home than an office, and that suits us just fine. Most of us at Polaris Software Lab Ltd have been in the software game for a long time, and we prefer this quiet setup. We don't have any big receptionists or marble floors. Instead, you'll likely find a few of us in the kitchen making tea or sitting out in the small front yard during a break. The sector is peaceful, which helps when we really need to concentrate on a difficult bit of programming. We handle various software tasks, from fixing bugs to building new features, without much fuss. We aren't really into the whole corporate lifestyle; we just want to do a good job and go home to our families. Sometimes the neighborhood dogs bark during our calls, but that's just part of being in a real neighborhood. We like the honesty of this place. It keeps us focused on the actual work instead of just looking like we are working. It is a bit different from the usual tech company, but it works perfectly for our small team.
