We are located in a place called Vill-Sanpka, which is out in the Gurgaon district of Haryana. It is a bit different from the big high-rise buildings you see in the main Gurgaon city area. Phykentech India Pvt Ltd operates from here because it gives us more room and it is a bit quieter than the center of town. The surroundings are still quite green in some parts, and you can see the open fields not too far away. Our building is a simple structure that we’ve modified over the years to fit our needs. It isn’t anything fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it is all about the work. We have some machinery and a small area for the staff to take their breaks. We don’t really go in for the modern office designs. We just need sturdy tables and enough light to see what we are doing. The team is mostly people from the nearby villages and local towns. We know each other well and that makes the day go by faster. Sometimes the power goes out or the road gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that is just life in Haryana. We take things as they come and don’t make a big deal out of it. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We just do our work and go home to our families.
