We have a few rooms filled with workstations and a lot of cables running along the floor. Gurgaon has this fast energy that keeps you moving even if you don’t want to. We’re surrounded by other small offices and PG accommodations, so there’s always people around. The local shops have everything we need, from stationery to quick snacks. Inside, we just focus on the tech work. We aren't big on meetings that last hours; we just talk across the desks when something needs fixing. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the street noise pretty clearly most of the time. It’s a real working-class tech environment. We don't have a gym or a fancy breakroom. We just have a kettle for tea and a small fridge for our lunch boxes. It’s about getting the work done and getting home through the Gurgaon traffic. Some days are harder than others, especially when the rain floods the local roads, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s just life in the city for us, and we try to make the best of the small space we have.
