You can find Ots Solutions Pvt. Ltd. over at Flat 795 in Udyog Vihar, Phase-V. It’s a big industrial area, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from all that noise and dust. We’ve got a small team here, and we mostly keep to ourselves. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound like we’re the best in the world. We just know our way around software and systems. The office is basically just a room full of computers and some chairs that have seen better days. We don't mind that at all. It’s a comfortable place to work. We spend a lot of time on calls or just typing away at the keyboard. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. If something needs fixing, we just talk to each other and fix it. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we’ve seen all sorts of technical problems. We don't get flustered easily anymore. We just take things one step at a time until they are finished. Udyog Vihar is a practical place to be for a company like ours. It’s central and easy for us to get to every morning. We just show up, do the work, and try to make things run a bit better than they did yesterday. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our job and we do it.
