Onlineres India (P) Ltd. is technically listed for Gurgaon Udyogh Vihar, but our actual physical spot is House No 394 in Village Kondly. It’s in Pandit Mohalla, which is a part of Delhi-96 that feels more like a village than a big city business district. It’s an interesting place to work because you have the "online" side of things happening right in the middle of a very traditional neighborhood. You’ll see cows walking down the street right outside the window while we’re sitting at our computers. The house itself is sturdy, and we’ve set up our desks where there was room. It’s not a big open-plan office with glass walls. It feels more like a home that turned into a workspace over time. The commute can be a bit of a trek depending on where you're coming from, and the lanes around Pandit Mohalla are pretty narrow, so don't expect to park a big truck here easily. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time looking at screens. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog starts barking during a call, and we just have to laugh it off. It’s a real place with real people, and we don't try to pretend we're in a fancy skyscraper. We just handle the business from here in Kondly, keeping things simple and making sure the work gets finished by the end of the day. It's a quiet corner of Delhi.
