Online Res Global Center

Online Res Global Center is based at U-26 A/1 in DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon. If you have ever been to DLF Phase 3, you know it’s a very busy and sometimes confusing area with lots of small streets and buildings packed together. Our office is tucked away in one of those spots. It’s not a grand corporate headquarters, just a few rooms where we have all our servers and computers set up. We work on global online systems, so the place is often filled with the hum of machines and the clicking of keyboards. It gets pretty warm in here because of all the electronics, so the air conditioning is almost always running. We don’t have a fancy entrance or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find someone at their desk focused on a screen. We wear casual clothes like jeans and t-shirts because comfort is important when you’re working long hours. The neighborhood is full of small food stalls and tea shops, which is where we usually go when we need a break. It’s a very real and unpolished environment. We don’t use any big corporate mission statements or fancy language. We just do the technical work that needs to be done. It’s a bit cramped and sometimes messy with all the cables, but it’s our space and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the online tasks day by day.
