Om Sai Trading Company

Being located near Subash Chowk means Om Sai Trading Company is right in the middle of all the action on Sohna Road. We are quite close to JMD Garden in the Islampur area. It’s a part of town that has changed a lot lately with new buildings popping up everywhere. Our shop is simple and doesn't have any of those modern glass fronts. We keep things basic here. Most of the day is spent dealing with people from the neighborhood or workers from the nearby construction sites. There is always a lot of dust from the road which makes cleaning a never-ending job. We have our stock piled up and we know exactly where everything is even if it looks a bit disorganized to an outsider. It’s not a quiet place. You have the sound of the traffic and people shouting across the street. We usually have a few people sitting around talking while they wait for their orders. It’s more of a community spot than just a store. We don't bother with marketing or anything like that. People just know we are here at the chowk. Sometimes we run out of space and have to leave things on the sidewalk for a bit. It’s just the way we operate. Life on Sohna Road is fast but we try to keep a steady pace and just get through the daily tasks one by one.
