Clear Channel Mudra Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. 184 in Udhog Vihar, Phase-1. This is an area with a lot of different businesses. Our building is a straightforward one. We don't have any big flashy logos on the outside. Inside, it's mostly open space with desks. We do a lot of planning and coordinating from here. Udhog Vihar can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with the phase numbers. Phase-1 is usually busy with people commuting in from the city. We’ve been at Plot 184 for a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it has everything we need to get through the day. We have a small area where we keep our files and a place to sit and have tea. Most of the staff has been here for a long time. We've seen the neighborhood change as more companies move in. The parking situation is sometimes a headache, but we manage. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We're just a group of people working together in this industrial patch. Every morning we come in, check the schedule, and get started. It’s a routine that works for us. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture. Just some sturdy tables and chairs. We focus on the work itself rather than how the office looks to outsiders. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We usually head out before the evening rush.
