We set up shop at Plot A-3 on Bajghera Road. It's in the New Palam Vihar area of Gurugram. It’s not exactly in the middle of the city hub, but it suits us just fine. Being a bit away from the main commercial centers means it’s a little less frantic, though the road can still get quite dusty with all the construction going on nearby lately. Okno Solutions Private Limited operates out of this space. It's a functional building, nothing too modern or flashy to look at from the outside. Inside, it's just a bunch of desks and people trying to stay on top of their work. We don't have a big HR team or a fancy cafeteria. Usually, someone brings a tiffin or we just order something simple from the shops down the road. We’ve been at this for a while now. The team is pretty small, and we all know each other's names and families. It feels more like a small family business than anything else you'd find in a big city. Some days are slow and others are just a total mess of deadlines and ringing phones, but that’s just how it goes. We don't spend any money on marketing or polished brochures. We just do the work that needs doing. People in the neighborhood know us as the quiet lot in the A-3 plot. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We like the fact that it's grounded and real. No big egos here, just regular people putting in their hours.
